What mail program do you find works best for you.

Have tried Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook (think thats what its called the Office one), and incredimail (find this can cause others systems to crash though when they receive a mail from me)

I use http://rosecitysoftware.com/calypso/

It is great for what I need it for (heavy duty) and has configuration options that OE doesn't offer :)

I use Barca, from the people who made Pocomail.

It's extremely good, and having no viruses makes it well worth the money!

We have Macs and use Microsoft Entourage in the office.

Takes a bit of getting used to but it works vey well.

Wow, you mean there's something out there other than Microsoft Outlook! Seriously though - either Microsoft Outlook or webmail depending on the account.

I use outlook 2003 myself for several reasons

It has a good "to do" facility
Sync well with pda and mobile phone
Syn well with Yahoo as well, so u always have a backup if your contacts

I use and love Outlook 2003. I've got the small business manager, too, which is really useful.

I use Outlook for my own accounts, Outlook Express for sorting problems on customer accounts and Eudora for accounts I look after, as this is the only client I've found that enables me to redirect mail. The new recipient then replies to the original sender, not me!

There will be as many opinions as choices. My advice is to try a few and see which one you like best.
