Yes err we know that :) Most of my business knowledge is inherited i.e common sense.
Common sense is perhaps the most important virtue. Knowledge can easily be picked up.
A lot of my business knowledge is in technical marketing rather than the actual day to day running of things though :( I don't have a clue when it comes to employees.
