Do you feel beautiful? A woman doesn’t need a mirror to answer that. It’s a most crucial and delicate leading question and it’s arrowed in at the goddess inside her.
The answer won’t be about how she’s looking today. It’ll be about her fundamental personal wellbeing and confidence. And if her answer’s “No. How can I feel beautiful when I’m feeling like I do about myself?” chances are she’s despairing of altering that.
But help is near. And it’s found in special surroundings, with others in the same situation.
“A happy *****” might be what she secretly longs to be able to call herself in her spikier moments. But only if she could find a way to create new self esteem, or to restore her old.
But Happy ***** is also a solution. Top nurse therapist Leanne Hawkins RN (MH) is inviting women to join her for seven hours on just one uplifting day in warm, relaxed and reassuring surroundings. There, on a Happy ***** Day, they will meet, share and resolve that yearning with other peer women whose worlds feel the same. And together they will taste the chance of turning their lives around.
On this special day, advises Leanne, the key aims are a freeing-up from what she calls ‘emotional constipation’, a fear of life and of what others think. And, having tackled these all-so-common obstacles, then to reach a new mindset.
She says: “Everyone can simply be themselves. They can dress in anything from a tracksuit to a ball gown. But the more honest they are, the more they will gain from the experience. Happy ***** has a fundamental spirit, an environment non-judgmental, respectful, accepting and safe.”
