Greetings everyone,
We hope that someone here can be of assistance for us regarding the following question.
Our company will open up business in Ireland within the next 2 weeks and we are looking for a logistics provider for our hardware products (computer components). These will be imported from Hong Kong with DHL, custom cleared and then forwarded to the service provider's facility, where they would receive them (or pick them up at DHLs warehouse), store them, upon receival of an order notification, split the consolidated shipment up and send it to the individual customers.
The drives will have the following dimension:
dims: 10cm x 9cm x 2 cm
weight: 150gr.
The first orders will be around 10-20 drives per week, with a subsequent increase to up to 50-100 per week.
What we are looking for is a service provider who can help us deliver the goods to the final customers in Ireland and broader Europe (Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal etc.) at a reasonable per unit price, do pick and pack and allows us to focus primarily on sales.
We are looking for a very price effective option since margins are heavily affected by logistics costs. Ideally total costs for service should not exceed 10,00 Euros per item (at any quantities) including reception, handling, storage, admin, pick and pack and local delivery.
