I don't know whether anybody can help me but I have a template for an email newsletter with spaces to include pictures I also put in links to products. I have no problem with links but my pictures will not open?:(

Can you post a link to or attach a copy of the html template file.

make sure the url of the pictures in the img src" " section is an absolute link to the pic, like the http://www.domain.com/piclinkhere.jog rather than "/images/pic.jpg" or "C:\documents and settings\my pics" or whatever.

Paste the souce code of the newsletter within these tags

newsletter code here .

If we can't see the page above, it may also be the case that's why the images aren't shown, if they're password protected.

Could be a few things. Do as above with code tags.

edit, the tags are like this (remove the stars): [*code*] code here [*/code*]

I have a newsletter section within my shop and I usually write the letter in notepad and transfer it in html and then highlight to get the finished letter if that makes any sense. Only code I have other than that is the url of the page which is obviously not picking up the letter.

Hello again from Sones it seems ages since I sent out a newsletter but I wanted to tell you about  some new exciting clothes that we have in the shop. Plus some items that have now been discounted.
Little Shrimp have some really unique and beautiful prints and I particularly like the 'Grandpops' <a title="http://www.sonesuk.com/SHOP/tabid/478/CategoryID/7/List/0/Level/a/ProductID/590/Default.aspx" href="http://www.sonesuk.com/SHOP/tabid/478/CategoryID/7/List/0/Level/a/ProductID/590/Default.aspx">tops</a> and that old favourite the Jo-all-in-one now updated with a choice of two patterns <a title="http://www.sonesuk.com/SHOP/tabid/478/CategoryID/7/List/0/Level/a/ProductID/588/Default.aspx" href="http://www.sonesuk.com/SHOP/tabid/478/CategoryID/7/List/0/Level/a/ProductID/588/Default.aspx">Seahorses</a> and roses and <a title="http://www.sonesuk.com/SHOP/tabid/478/CategoryID/7/List/0/Level/a/ProductID/587/Default.aspx" href="http://www.sonesuk.com/SHOP/tabid/478/CategoryID/7/List/0/Level/a/ProductID/587/Default.aspx">Lobsters</a> and mussels a nautical theme.

W<a>e have recently begun stocking single cotton marl baby gowns as well as twin packs from Frugi </a>so do <a>come and have a look in our shop and see what you can find.</a>

Sorry then, I can't advise you how to use that system. Have you contacted the system admin / developers / online support?

Only advice I can give is above, regarding the image URLs.
