Hi
Can't remember who, sorry, but one of you lovely people had a meeting planned with Sir Alan; just wondered (nee, extremely interested in!) if it happened yet and how it went?

Hi all
Prey tell more, wasit an interview for the apprentice by any chance?
I would not be suprised if the great man himself was a user of this forum. If he is not, he should be.
Personally as much as i respect Sir Alan, my admiration has to go to Sir Richard Branson, esp after reading his auto :-)

Hi,
We were going to attend a big posh awards evening where Alan Sugar was a guest speaker but unfortunately my other half was very ill and I couldn't attend. A colleague went though and said he was very interesting

OOOh I loved the Apprentice - more, more I say.
I too enjoyed Richard Branson's auto.

Yes, poor Branson, could only afford Stowe School, it just goes to show you can pull yourself up from the gutter.

It was me.
It went well, made the London BBC news with me in the background looking like a midget. I'd just hopped off stage as I spoke immediately before him. He then got on stage. But because you couldn't see the stage properly it just looked like I was a short arse! (I have it in RealMedia format, anyone have something to convert it to Windows Media so I can stream it from my server for the organisation involved)
Lord Young of Graffham was also there (Former Chairman of Cable & Wireless. Former Secretary of State) and publiclysaid some very nice things about KashFlow (see my signature). Unfortunately that bit didn't make the news!

I'd love to say, but this is a public forum!
Just kidding, he was as charming as you'd expect him to be. He was good enough to turn up and do a ceremonial openinf for free.

I can convert the video, how long is it?

it's 60gb, only got it on my local machine. If you have FTP I can upload it for you, I just don't fancy hammering my bandwidth : )

That'd be great if you could xs. The RM is 32 minutes long. The segment I want is from 11:12 to 13:23, so just over 2 minutes.
I'll gladly upload it to one of my FTP's if it's just going to be one download to you to convert. You can then send me the WMV and I can put it on one of our streaming servers for all to view.

Yes I can convert it, as I have all the tools. It be easier if you did upload it to your server as I would be able to download it faster.
I can also put them on dvd, print covers anything you want.
