Any available Studio Space in Central or Central-ish West London

Hi everyone,

I run a small digital video productions business providing a big range of creative services apart from digital video making - along the line there are commercial photography and design we provide as services.

We are now based in W10 Ladbroke Grove and looking to move to a bigger space where we can setup a simple photographic studio for our every busier business. We are now paying just under £400 for a tiny cubical of 120 sq ft. And we are looking at spending around £550 for a studio three times bigger than what we have now. Do you have any idea where I can find such place? Not on gumtree thou as I've just searched it and found nothing.

£400 per what? Week, month, sq. foot?
Get on the phone and get asking. Ask all your suppliers if they know of a similar business with room to spare; I got my first premises in London like that and it was great: good space, crossover business, good contacts.
Otherwise spend the weekend walking the streets and looking. Advertised property will be more expensive.
