Asp.net CMS with booking system

Hi

I am after a CMS which I can put on a windows server with mysql database, the site will be used for a holiday home let in spain, so would be nice to have the availablility and booking setup online, although I don't think the payment system will be needed although nice as an option is possible.

This has to be free to very cheap.

Any recommendation would be appriciated.

Have a look on www.asp.net there are some community projects on there that are free and might be of interest but unless you are a web developer you will need to pay someone to tailor it to your exact needs.
