A while back someone posted up a one way links directory with around 10000 sites (i think), ive searched the forum but cannot find it anywhere...
Would the person who posted it be so kind as to posting it again please :D:D

Nope, the days of copying the b2b directory are long gone - anything good will be a niche operator who either owns/represents a particular industry or is part of a major publishing group eg: Haymarket.
There are a few major niche directory publishing groups in the UK, one of the groups makes 5 billion a year. Personally, I wouldn't bother advertising in something unless its:
A) Established for many years
B) Serves a single industry (targets precisely)
c) Is part of something bigger (eg: Group of companies)
