Hi - is there such thing (am guessing there is) as a website where you can send out emails that need to go to your mailing list, that arrive in their inbox as though they are from your email address, but are not treated as spam.
I have two different mailing lists and at the moment send through outlook, but so many of the messages end up not delivereable and because I divide them into small groups to send it takes ages.
is there a website that I can become a member of and then use to power my mailing lists, that sends mail straight from a server so it doesn't get interpreted as spam?

Hi there
try mailloop :) that should do the trick
nothing is 100% spam free but to help you read about can-spam act which is a great guide.
Who are you emailing? blind databases or people who have sent a request to you?

If you are mailing using your business domain name, then not having any SPF records for that domain will not be helping.
Don't worry if you do not know what SPF is. Your hosting company should be able to sort that out for you.

This is something we provide to quite a few UKBF users.
You can add your subscribers to the web interface then simply send an email to the list address, it handles sending out the emails in intervals.
Downside is we would have to handle all your email traffic in and outbound for it to work correctly. We sign all bulk email with DomainKey's plus setup your SPF policy correctly so mail has a far better chance of getting to the recipient. Our mail reputation is very high and trusted with a lot of providers plus we have a large quota allowance with hotmail and yahoo.
