I'd like a "paid for" review of a website, covering aspects such as;
- Search Engine accesibility
- Quality of Page Titles, Meta Tags, Sales Copy
- Usablility
- Internal Linking Structure
Can anyone recommend a company/individual that could carry out this sort of review?
I'd really be looking for some sort of report detailing recommendations and ideas for improvement.

I was hired in to replace someone that spent 10K on a 'professional usability' study of a website. That was the biggest waste of 10K! No wonder they were replaced...
Make absolutely certain that you see an example of their full output before agreeing to pay for that service!
If you'd like a quick and dirty review of your on-page and off-page optimisations, such as the following, please give me a shout and I'll do it for free:
- title, description, h1, keyword saturation
- keyword competition
- competitor analysis
- recommended online marketing approach (such as articles, directories, etc, etc)
I won't spend more than about an hour doing it, but will give you some great insights and directions, which you can then use in planning your approach.
If you'd rather pay someone for the same review - the choice is yours...
Keep in mind that I currently manage the online marketing for companies turning over well above 4mil GBP annually from strictly online sales.
Why do I offer this for free? I'm doing my part to give back to the community here, and hope that if you like what I've done for you, that you may tell friends/neighbours/relatives about my company web design and promotion service (something I don't even promote via my signature here - strictly word of mouth).

Usability tests can only be done by the demographic using your site so is obviously going to cost money. Asking a web designer to see how usable your site is becomes pointless as they have a strong idea about how pages are laid out etc. Companies such as Webcredible charge £10k for their tests purely for the ammount of time and organising that goes into it.
You'll need a minimum of 5 testers for a usability study, and if you're doing it properly you'll need to pay them (around £40 - £50 for basic "average" users) and the company will add a their cut for sourcing the user, as will the recruiting agency. So as you can see, we're already talking £500 - £1000 just for getting the users in, the costs are even higher if you need professionals (such as doctors) to take the test.
If you spend out the money and they only come back with minor improvements to your site, I wouldn't see that as a waste as I would now know that my site is working well.
The other 3 aspects on the report that you're after are fine for any online marketing company to go through. We charge for this service, but if it's something that you're after then feel free to PM me.
