Hi
I am hoping to speak to other small businesses in the flintshire area. I am setting up my own website to advertise products from Flintshire, marketed at local people.
I would like some feedback before we launch in September.
Any comments/suggestions are welcome!

p.s the advertising will be free, and we will also be selling the items through the website, this will have a small fee (similar to ebay/amazon) x

Unfortunately this is an old thread, I have had to shelve the website idea for now, sadly it needs more than I can give it at the moment, I haven't binned it completely and will let you know when it is back in the pipeline.

Geoff - it was only going to be Flintshire initially but I was hoping to roll it out into the rest of North Wales after that.

Instead for the time being I am setting up a business as a Virtual Assistant, and maybe in the future I can look at bringing that into the fold as well!

Not sure if this is a good place to point at a suitable solution but have you tried LinkedIn?

I set up a group yesterday here

Its a Flintshire Business Network will close connections with some of the main business players in Flintshire. While many of them might not show up on the group, the events that get publicised on there are a great place to network.
