View Full Version : Bupa as an taxable expense

HI

I've always just treated BUPA as private drawings, but new book-keeper put it down as staff welfare expenses, and it's made me think.

We have the BUPA because my husbands business is totally dependent upon him being there to lift & shift etc. So could part of the BUPA be claimed as an expense?

Thanks
Sandra

Hi Sandra

I think I know the answer after looking at your website. However before I reply just wanted to know what is trading style? sole trader or limited co? You mentioned private drawings.
