Cisco VOIP help needed

Hi

I have just got hold of a couple of cisco 7911 voip phones. They currently have the sccp firmware on them, but I want to use them with sip (voicehost.co.uk)

Can anyone help at all? I need the firmware and instrructions on how to install it.
