Hi
Has anyone any experience of car sign writing/marketing? I'm thinking about putting my company logo, website/phone no. on the rear of my car and wondered if it's likely to up my profile at all? Also, if you can recommend any, please do!
thanks
Anne

Hi,
Most good sign companies can do those sticky backed ones, or those that are not perminent so you can take then off when you're off out :D

Yes, I'd like to be able to remove them at some point when I upgrade!

Unfortunately I know a good sign company but they are local to me which is not much good for you (unless you wanted a lot more than a sign on one car!)
However
a word of warning if you need to have it removed at some time in the future...signs can be removable but if they are left on for a few years the paint on the bodywork oxidises wheras under the lettering it remians protected. when the lettering is taken off the 'sign' is still there.
If you are keeping it on for any length of time get it put on as a manifestation on the rear window.

Thanks Alan - what do you mean "a manifestation"?

Its a type of covering which is put on glass more often due to health and safety issues as you cannot have plain glass in a public place(because people may walk into it).
It takes various forms such as crystal designs/lettering.
Ask Andy at 10yetis all about it :D :D

Note, Andy ducks under the desk in order to avoid a barrage of paperwork relating to the legal requirement for manifestation in all offices in the UK

I've just bought a pair of sunshades to put in my rear windows. My mate Jon at Canvas graphics did them for me. You design the art work and he prints them for £9 per pair!!
There great, because I can take them off whenever I want and as they are unusual people will look at them. Good for when your car is parked alongside the pavement on either side of the road.
