Dear all,
I (+ an associate) have a computer company (in the Middle East);
Gross Income around $100.000 per year with some 30% fixed renewable contracts;
15 to 20 % margin.
We wish to grow bigger!
I and my associate are ready to add to the capital around $7500 each.
Another friend wishes to become a partner with us.
My offer to my interested friend is to have him a 1/3rd partner;
How much can I evaluate my company?
How much can I ask the interested friend to add to the capital if I we want him only as 1/3 associate?
I was thinking, and I can be mistaken, to consider the following:
I myself = $7500
My current associate = $7500
Company evaluation = $15000
My interested friend = $15000
