Name Change

As others have pointed out, we don't have the greatest name in the world. We have decided to change it and now need help deciding on a new name, we have drawn up a short list. So please vote on the poll for the name you prefer.

We have checked the domains and all can be used.

I think the first one is the best out of the four. The dot cube and blue dice remind me of computer games and gambling. And the lighthouse makes me think of boats and water sports.

I like the logo you already have for e-web, so you could keep it with the blue house name.

I have gone for option number three... I think it gives you more opportunities in terms of design ideas and marketing angles.

However, I now see that it was the third favourite option, so i shall get my coat!

I also like the logo you have, just a thought how does it look reversed? could look like a row of blue roofs of houses... just a thought

The thing about the logo it doesn't look like a web design company logo.

I voted for lighthouse. Like the house one too. Both are FAR better than the name you have now. And both should be a dream to design a logo for. No offence but I think your current name is boring, hard to remember and...it's just crap. Brand identity is very important in a saturated market like ours.

well me and one of the designers are guessing it will be blue house.

But lighthouse has become a bit of a dark horse.

It's between the 1st and the 4th options for me.

This is just my opinion, but if I was looking to create a website, there's no way I would hire a company called dot cube or blue dice.

To me, these names suggest I'd be hiring someone who's into "graphics" and "design" and I'd end up with a flashy, busy site that distracts visitors from the sales message.

The sort of name I'd be most drawn to would be a professional, business type of name which suggests that I'd be working with people who's focus is on creating a website for me that's going to bring in money rather than one which will satisfy their desire to "create".
