Welcome to the forums. Do you have a website? Where you based?

Here is an example:
For instance, I created this site:
thechelseaplumbers [dotcom] for a client in my area. He is now on PAGE 1 of yahoo for his main keyword phrase, and it took 2 weeks ONLY. Now can you see the amazing potential that this has?
Just PM for dirt-cheap quotes!

... and what's the key phrase? (please don't say 'the chelsea plumbers' as no-one searches for that.)
alphanumeric

drop the tables and learn to design/layout using divs/css, also there is lot more SEO work that you could do to help the site, but keep it up its a good start.

Haha! You dont really think that I would fall for that one? No, it is not the chelsea plumbers...
If you knew your SEO, you could find out in 30 seconds flat. I can do that for ANY one of your sites...

Mubarak, you seem a nice lad, but you need to be aware that there are some real SEO 'whizz kids' on here. seo's that are first page for things that are REALLY difficult to hit, things like car hire, car leasing, mortgages, credit cards, sex toys, insurance etc, to name a few.
I truly admire your enthusiasm, and yes it is easy to see what phrase you are targeting, but there is a fine line between confidence and arrogance, and if you start giving arrogant replies (such as the one above) , there is a real chance you are going to get torn to pieces, and i really wouldn't want to see that happen :)
Ranking means nothing without the associated sales and the keywords being targeted might not be bringing in enough work. london plumber, plumbers London, plumbers in london, would bring in a lot more enquiries, many of which might well be out of are though, but better to say no than never get the opprotunity to do so :)

Glad to hear from someone quite young. Don't be put off by the comments left here. You are hopefully onto a winner. Best of luck to you. KEV

Good luck to you, but as OWG says, you really need to curb the arrogance or you'll be eaten for breakfast:eek:
I don't doubt your ability at all but you need to get some more experience under your belt.
As for dirt cheap prices, not always the best course of action. False economy and all that;)

As Mister B says. Possibly the worst phrase you could use - we call it "instant bin".;)

Right. Sorry about the perceived arrogance. But I am used to having my ideas nicked on forums. But from what I have seen, this forum is different!
Thanks for your advice there, and I will keep it in mind...

Right, ok. How about 'Student Prices' :D
And sorry to all again for the perceived arrogance. It was not how I wanted to come across.

Hi Waseem
That's a good site and the position is good.
re SEO and people raining on your parade...
SEO is a very competative environment and anyone that can beat the spots off someone else is an instant threat and thus...they'll try to kaboom you out of the water.
If you are good and you can show good results, keep up and don't let anyone drag you down.
Meanwhile, get your own website up and that will speak for itself.

Thanks! I did not mean to come in here and piss everyone off, but I just wanted people to know that I am looking for SEO clients, and I since posting this thread, my client has gone from #7 to #3

Mubarak,
There's a difference between arrogance and self-confidence. I didn't read your initial posts as arrogant at all. In fact, in the way you've responded to others, you've actually demonstrated a healthy dose of humility. For me, you're a breath of fresh air: a young person filled with confidence and enthusiasm, ready to take on the world and to make a difference. Don't ever lose that confidence! Just remain teachable and you'll succeed for sure.
And welcome to the forums. :)

Thank you for the kind words Steve!
I came onto these forums with my own knowledge and a desire to learn, and I hope that I can do both

It appears below the message, alongside Edit and Quote - but I believe it's disabled in the Introductions section.
