I am worried that you offer web design services when your site looks its based on a web template provided by the person who sold you the reseller account.
Forgive me if I am wrong its just my first impression of the site, and it might be other peoples :)

To be honest - I wasn't going to mention the reseller account - everyone has to start somewhere and hosts "generally" start with reseller accounts.
Resellers tend to have a bad name in the industry - but this is non-sense if the reseller is committed to good support, VAS (Value Added Services) and is over 18
I agree with the template though - dump it
Also alfahost, think about using a reseller that can hide their presence a bit better. (if you want them to remain hidden)
EDIT: Also DO NOT EVER advertise unlimited diskspace & bandwidth accounts (especially not for £14-99), for a start... I could take one of your accounts and then backup all our servers to it, or I could upload a large movie and get EVERYONE i know to download it... Unlimited will soon find a limit - trust me

Yeah fair point about the reseller thing, my point was it looks a bit like a low investment over night thing.
I think the only way resellers can work is if they can have their own website design if it uses some kind of CMS provided by the host.
You need somthing to stand out. Unlimited bandwidth accounts tend to have a clause which says the host can cancel the account if it uses too much resources.
I would be much happier going to a host which told me exactly how much bandwidth and disk space I got :)

It's exactly these kind of people that give the business a bad name - not all resellers are bad though
It's about finding a niche market - you cannot effectively offer "normal" hosting from a reseller account, the host's with their own servers can always undercut you if needed and to be honest of you dropped your prices anymore then you will be out of business fairly soon.
A niche market could be Forum Hosting or Community Hosting for example, you would need to install software and have a good degree of coding skills to carry this off though - but if you offered packages that included "extra's" that normal hosting companies don't then you might - just might make a good living from it
EDIT: Just noticed something else (sorry) LOOSE THE HOTMAIL EMAIL ADDRESS! - It looks really unprofessional

I second that, all it takes is an email forwarder in cpanel, but i'd suggest setting up a proper mailbox though.
Good Luck

Oh dear - gaining valuable contacts through business forums is fine, so is answering peoples calls for quotes etc. But using the PM system to try and win business is WRONG...

The best way to gain new business from forums such as these is to be an active member and gain other members respect.
PM SPAM is so so wrong and will probably do more harm than good.
