Hi Jayne
I recently came across a website called www.freewebsubmission.com, you simply need to enter your web address and they do the rest. I don't know how it works or why they do it though!!!
They also list a huge number of websites that accept free submissions, so if nothing else you could try and add yourself.
I think there are many other similar places - just type in free web submission on google.

Be careful not to submit to google too often, they can penalise you for that as well.......

I'd be very surprised if they did.
Otherwise stuff like this would work

I am outraged by this service it's immoral and unethical!
Seriously though - nice idea to get something gimmicky like that spread virally so it gets a decent pagerank and has a single outbound link. To our very own SillyJokes?

Its been around a while, and caused immense amusement and offence in equal measure.
Its main problem is that it tends to get immediately deleted when it appears on a message board.

I think it's a tremedous service, in fact I'd even be tempted to pay for it. Immoral schmoral.

How often is too often anyway?

twice is too often, even once in some peoples eyes.
Instead of submitting it, make sure it is found by being linked to from pages/sites already indexed.
