dots and spots Jeff

If I wanted, for example, to sell trainers, could I have a website called:
www buyNiketrainershere com
or, if I wanted to sell football kits:
www westockManUtdshirts co uk ?
I don't wish to do either, but can you (legally*) use a brand name embedded in a domain name like the examples above? It seems like a neat way to get a half decent domain name that a user might remember and contains 'keywords.'
Thanks
Jeff
(* sorry - wasn't sure whether this should go in the e-commerce or legal forum, so I plumped for the former.)
