Having looked at your site there are a few immediate observations.
In this imdustry, everything needs to be perfect - in terms of design, text and imagary. Some of your text is lost in translation, and needs a little work
Some of the images in the template are not sharp and look messy
The first message on the site needs to shout about fashion and style not western union
You must not mix up marketing to a wholesaler, and marketing to a consumer
You would possibly do better if the products were modeled by western models
The actual name of the business may have some significace in your culture, it does not cut it in the UK culture
You need to appreciate the UK and US markets are also differentiated
What is the "emergency section about" get rid of it. People dont need an announcement the domain has changed
The contact details trigger warning bells - you ought to be offering a address phone numbers local to your market
From a business point of view - are you selling genuine or fake products?
If they are genuine, then are you licenced by the companies (Gucci etc..). if they are fake - why are you selling them at all?

You e-commerce terms & conditions are the most important thing! Deals with your refund policy, accuracy of information, mistakes in pricing, limits liability, delays in delivery, payment etc etc.

It's important for your site to be useable. These two books have been very useful for me in the past, while I was learning about web usability (I warn you - they are a bit boring). You don't have to buy them, some may be available online or in a library.
Don't Make Me Think (about website usability)

Call to Action (about converting visitors to buyers)

Hello,
Having a look at the website there are a lot of things that would put me off as a consumer. Buying luxury goods should be from a place, website shop etc that shouts high end, luxury but also importantly establishment and security. I dont want to buy my £450 laboutins from somewhere that doesnt look like its safe too.
There's lots of warning bells:
- Broken english/bad grammar
- No brand image/fussy graphics that look cheap
- Your strapline "make fashion club" doesn't make grammatical sense
- No descriptions of your product is it chanel, gucci? just numbers on some of them
Look at your competitors net-a-porter, Asos etc
Simple but effective graphics/layout and good copywriting is somemthing you should not overlook. Take the time to research your competition and also whats current - as your homepage doesnt look like this seasons.

Am I right to assume this is a site for fake designer goods? I assume so as you have even mispelled some of the names of the designers. There doesn't appear to be anything on there that suggests the bags/shoes etc are copies, so basically its fraudulent? :|
