Deleting or making a supplier inactive [Archive]

Hi

I use Sage Instant Accounts V12. Does anyone know how to make old suppliers inactive? I know you can't delete them - but is there a way that I can archive them?

Hi,

not sure about the specific version, but for my main client you have the option to do so in your year-end processes...

ps - they're running Sage 500 v2 (I think!)
