They are made out of magnetic material the back is black (the magnetic side) and the front is a shiney plastic gloss which is waterproof!

Will they effect screens and other gadgets?

Hi Their,
The Magnets produce an arc of flux which is very low energy and will not effect any screen or gadgets what so ever.
Any other questions please fire away :)

Callum

FYI (sorry if I'm off-topic here):
In a similar vein, my company (in France) just received a flyer from a big insurance company offering special deals on all business-related insurance policies. It came with a pop-out fridge magnet, showing a pretty, smiling woman (fully-clothed, I hasten to add) saying the company name and what they can offer in very few words. The magnet is about 6 inches high. I've now seen a few of them around, even in people's home. I've put it on my fridge at home as it's quite good at its job; i.e., holding pices of paper, plus it looks alright.
One interesting aspect was that the weight of the magnet made you curious as to the envelope's contents, so you wouldn't readily chuck it away without first opening it and sifting through.

I have used CD business cards with alot of success, with a small powerpoint presentaion or sotware burnt onto them.
I got mine locally, but they are something like http://www.multishapecdrom.com/cd_showcase/?case=biz_01

I must admit I would be a bit worried about carrying them around in my wallet. I once had a magnetic security access card that I put in my wallet. Soon after I found that several of my bank cards could not be read in ATMs or Tills etc. I am not sure if these new ‘Chip and Pin’ cards still use the magnetic strip but I would be wary of storing a magnetic business card in my wallet until I found out.
Otherwise they sound like a great idea.

VS Hosting we are also doing these presentation business cards to for around £60 for 50.
The cards should not effect any other card as they have a low energy magnetic field.

Callum

I think your idea is focused for b2C i.e. a handyman and people could put them on the fridge.
As for B2B sorry but that is a big NO,

great could stick all over my filing cabnet
These would look a lot better than taping then on.
I know a lot of business people who like to keep business cards on the filing cabinet, this could be very useful.
