What is yout USP, I mean the sites and back end are very very basic, the amount of functions you have is very low, and at £20 a month there are better cheaper options IMO.
(looks nice though)
I would also say, being able to see customers usernames and passwords is a bad idea.

Hi, thanks for your comments, when you say the back end is very very basic and the amount of functions are low - what else would you expect to see here?

In all honesty I am not your target market, but if you look at basic zen cart features and OS commerce they are more basic features than yours and they are free, plus their a re modules to eaily add on. (and i can easily get a basic hosting package for £20 for the year, with free domain)
What you might want to do, is a quick look on this forum or the net, at any ecommerce system that has a free online trial and see what they offer and if it is better or not.
One thingwhich is massive, is you don't have any VAT options, your shipping options are very limited, there is no order staus to orders, so how do I know which have been shipped, printed etc. (and i still don't know how to get an product in the special offer section.
I could go on for a while, but like i said I am not your target market so I might be barking up the wrong tree.

The theme editing facilites were very restrictive and the 'pages' only allow plain text, no styling, images or other features. Same with the product pages - only one image, no means of creating unique pages titles or meta description.
So whilst it seems a good offer ( I was going to recommend it to a client) the back end is, as suggested, very restricted.
I'm also a little unclear as to how the hosting/redirection is going to work. If I own myshop.co.uk will the URLs appear to come from my domain name?

Overall, I agree with the comments above - at present, your feature set is a bit too limited for such a price. If I were you, maybe it would be a better idea to build a high-quality hosted solution on an open source platform, or (even better in terms of quality) using a reseller program. Don't get me wrong, it's always good to develop new products, but there are simply too many mature, flexible and powerful ecommerce platforms out there.
