Hi,
does anyone know the best way to find out who the MD of a UK Ltd company is ?
There is a company I would like to speak to the MD of, but the staff are very well trained in keeping clients away from him :D

Hi,
Try sending them a letter, write to the MD on the front and write private and confidential on it. By law he is the one who should open it.
If you want any more help PM me,
Jayne :D

You can search Companies House http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/toolsToHelp/productPriceListCompare.shtml for an extract on current directors, another area is the Applegate Search it lists principles if they register http://www.applegate2.co.uk/recruitment/company/co_1121490.htm .

http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk and pay for a report (costs £1)
If you let me know the name of the company the other half may be able to find out

Contact us direct at legal.services 'at' handsongroup.co.uk and we can supply some information. We are also able to find Company Officers home addresses if you need them. If it is relating to a legal dispute then let us have details if you would like us to assist.
