I'm trying to recover an item from France. It weighs just under 4Kg and is 20cm x 20cm x 10cm.
The silly costs I've had so far are around £100, when it only cost me about £20 to send a bigger heavier box out there in the first place!
Can any one suggest a cost effective way to arrange deliveries from France to the UK, even if its arranged by my customer in France?
Thanks in advance for any help. :)

Sadly the only way that we could do it is collect it when we are in the area for about £250 ..but thats a lot
The next option is to arrange a 3 rd party fed ex collection and fax the way bill to the sender cheaper than us but again still quite expensive .
I would speak to the sender and ask them to send it and send them the funds .

Hi Jeremy,
Thanks for the reply.
I have asked the sender to get a price from their 'post office', but all I get is how expensive his previous postings have been! Hence trying to find out a definite way forward and its costings, so I can say to the customer, here you go.... and I'll send you a refund.
