I'd like to host with them but are they based in UK ?
Will I get UK IP ?
Another question is :
Can I only register domain without paying for hosting?

It appears to be in the UK: http://whois.domaintools.com/justhost.com
Yes you can register a domain (with anyone) and be hosted by someone else.

Try 123-REG they are great for cheap domains or Godaddy.com and neither of which force you to get any hosting

123 reg & godaddy are the ones I use, as you get the best of both worlds between them (price wise)

we use LCN for domain names (never keep your domain name and hosting with the same company(eggs and basket))
