I like KashFlow, but today I'm trying to hammer a great load of invoices in to get a new client's VAT return finished by tonight (has to be submitted by 30th, and yes I'm going to organise them with online filing etc, but they only appeared on Wednesday).
It's grinding soo slowly. Taking over a minute to file a receipt so I can move on to the next. At this rate I'll still be working at midnight.
I'm not having probs with any other sites. Does Duane need to improve his servers?

Very funny.
I've rebooted our BB modem, just to make sure it isn't our end. Now I can't get back into the company.
I didn't quite expect this ...

Have you actually bothered to contact the KashFlow Helpdesk (http://support.kashflow.com/)? I've just logged in, created an invoice and added a payment to the invoice with no speed issues.
You really should contact KashFlow if you are having issues, UKBF is not the way to get support from KashFlow.

I wasn't asking for support Carl, I was asking if anyone else was experiencing probs, so I could check it isn't something at our end first.
Yes I have rung them, apparently they have experienced some technical difficulties this morning, they are just doing some maintenance.

Blimey Earl Sorry, I didn't realise that.

Well, they say it's all ok at their end, I've rebooted everything at this end, so I guess you're right Sir Earl, It's just the state of t'internet.
Now should this make me re-think my strategy with new clients ??

No idea whether it would affect Kashflow but certainly affected the speed of my connection:|.Story.

how long did your pin number take to come through, we registered for online filing last week, but it still hasn't arrived

Not everyones internet speed is affected today. We run an internet/gaming cafe, we have the fastest connection possible and it has not been any different today, maybe it depends which internet provider you have.

Well the last client I registered got their ID through in 8 days I think. I'd assume you need to allow at least 2 weeks.
