Hi All,

As a small business we process alot of receipts as opposed to invoices, these are faffy, often get lost and I tend to find that they are awkward to file...

On a recent trip to the US I found a great product:

http://www.neatco.com/products/neatreceipts

It is designed for the US market, and so isnt that compatible here. I was just wondering if anybody was aware of anything similar here?

Cheers

Simon

I doubt the thing works to be perfectly honest. Unless I am behind the times (not a remote possibility) OCR is still very much hit & miss. I often have a hard time making out what receipts say so not sure what the computer will make of it.

Goto ebuyer .co .uk and search for quicklink 135928 it's similiar and will scan anything upto A4 paper into PDF's. Not sure if this one comes with the software as well but to be honest general file keeping will suffice if you name the PDF's correctly or keep an Excel Spreadsheet with all the information in etc.

I have a plustek opticslim m12 portable scanner and it's BRILLIANT - about £60 (from ebuyer I think) and it does a cracking job...
