Always hectic :)
When sales are slow we use the time it frees up to find ways to increase sales and explore other marketing avenues.
No real difficulties, we manage to control our growth and cashflow well, these were both problems a couple of years ago.
Challenges - finding more niche markets to target

Cash flow difficult, trying to move premises (open a physical store)
Sales are up and average price per sale is also up for the week!
Very busy with promotions as well!
Still not making a penny!!!!!

Well my site for parents is going great guns as my name is getting around (in a good way I hope!) and I have had quite a few PR companies contacting me about sponsorship. Unfortunately my other site is very slow at the moment but thats my own fault and due to me not doing enough to get it known!

Business is hectic. Getting to the point where we are at capacity, yet there is double that expected in over the coming weeks. You can tell how busy things are through the lack of posts I have made,, which is normally much higher.
Its all good but god knows how I am going to do this.

Just been open for a few weeks so is very slow at the moment, getting new people signing up everyday, but sales are slow.
The difficulties and challenges are getting the show cars ready and getting the word out to the modified car market.
But we are very busy with promoting the company on a shoe string budget. By approaching all the modified car companies and forums.

This has been a really busy week, but it makes up for having a really really rubbish July & August.
Had loads of things start to come through from months and months of good old fashioned networking, where people 6 months later think, "I need to press release this, that or the other" and then remember my ugly mug saying; "i do press releases, i do press releases, i do press releases, i do press releases" in subliminal ways (even written on the bottom of my shoes so it is visible when i kneel to pray at church) :)
Still, the battle continues, as my old grandad used to say, "you can never have enough business" (before he passed away from being over-worked).

I thought I was going to be entering a relatively quiet period up to Christmas and was thinking about business development work (My own) until meeting with two sets of clients this week. It now looks like it will be pretty busy up to christmas now :D

The new large format printing service is starting to gain momentum, with orders picking up.
Commissions are always good at this time of year and this month has been busy so far, fully booked for the next few weeks can't wait for the weekend to put my feet up.
