I was wondering how I would go about doing something like this, not the telesales myself, but, setting up people working from home doing telesales for another business of mine.

Hi damon,

Something you can consider doing is. developing a commission based system and then advertising it. Developing a good system can be the tough part, but once you are done, you can begin marketing it, on job sites, and local job newspapers etc. A good example can be this:
