Hi, I'm looking for some sort of filing system to store data

Under each Company

Notes
Letters - Sent and received
Recorded Telephone Calls -
Contact Details



So bascally, if a company rings me and asks did i get a letter they sent

i ask for there company name, select it from the list and then select letters and then goto Received and then select the letter by its date or reference.

is there such a product on the market?

uk26, are you after software?? or just a way to store physical letters??

And how many companies would send you letters daily? How many calls do you get daily? How sophisticated should the software be?

There are a n umber of software packages. try paper port, I think omni page as well. There may even be some free/shareware packages.
