Hi

I have been successfully using the free version of linkmetro.com to find link partners, as a service it is pretty powerful with a big network of participant sites. The free service is manual and even though it does take some leg-work out of finding link partners, it is still a long process. Their newest product is an advanced membership - it is $20/month - about £11/month to use... see...

works on a php script and mysql database, completely 100% automated with html links on your own site in your own hosted pages. Looks good. Anyone using this yet??? (I have still yet to take that plunge, but I will be doing)

Hi Phil, are you on Brad Callen's newsletter mailing list? Did you get his email today about PR Prowler? I decided to try that to start with - hadn't heard of his linkmetro to be honest, but will take a look.

Hi

I am on one of his mailing lists because I use linkmetro.com, I do not believe I have heard of PR prowler though, he must have alot going on. BTW in the link posted above there is a presentation on how it all works

Cheers
Phil

how important is localisation of the links for SEO ?

for example would a larger number of links on UK sites do more to increase ranking on google.co.uk than google.com ?

Actually I am unsure, maybe if Richard could help clear that question up or any other SEO guys here
