hi all i dont know if anyone can give some informaition on ltd company that just has done everything they can by not paying.I TOOK THEM TO COURT AND WON. but they were to pay by 28th may and havent. then i stoped them from getting struck off then they changed reg address i am taking it to the sherriffs but what address do they go to the ccj is in there trading address and they own that well do they because its the ltd that i took to court please has anyone got any info that they could give me before i send the sherriffs ib because he will have all the answeres ready so they go away. when you get a ccj and it is in the orig address is that were the ccj stands. not only that they have also opened yet another ltd company in the same address saying that is there trading name help sorry about grammer and spelling.
