I read that we may be paying 50p or something in order to cover Broadband roll outs around the UK and upgrades etc. If this is in effect a broadband tax, how does that stack in terms of the telecoms providers who will then go on to make money out of it...?
Am I missing something here, like we pay for it but it makes money for someone else ? Maybe I just got out of bed the wrong way this morning !
