Hi all,
Have any designers out there used EasyWebstore to translate their designs/or modified an existing EasyWebstore template into a working store on their platform?

How did you find the experience?

I ask as I am a designer investigating various ecommerce options for a client. In the past I have designed and built a number of static sites but this is the first real e-com site Ive embarked upon.
Thanks

We're currently looking at Mr Site, but will now take a look at EasyWebStore now you've mentioned it! Depends how customisable it is.

Take a look at magento or x-cart.

Interspires cart is not bad also.

Hi, Hope you don't mind my replying as I'm not a web designer. We have had an Easywebstore for a few years now and in my opinion I don't think you would go far wrong with them. If you have any problems or need any help they go out of their way to help you, either by phone, livehelp or email. They always have with me.

From your "clients" perspective I would be more than pleased with the functions they have. And if they don't have something your client really wanted, they will help incorporate it with you.

Sorry it's not from a real web designers point of view but hope it helps a little

Hello,
I used to have my website with Easywebstore, I paid for a web design from them, there was alot of things that the website wouldn't do with there platform, Which was getting very frustrating

Sales were slow ... and never really moved in the direction i want the website to go.

I decided to take a gamble and move my website to another company called EKMPowershop. as i was getting very frustrated with the lack of sales using easywebstore.
EKM moved my website over on to there platform free of charge, and tweaked my website and improved my SEO - ( which before had i knew nothing about)

Since moving to EKM My sales and hits to the website have increased by over 400% in a matter of 3 - 6 months.

My Business has now become my full-time job.

They have over 20 technical support staff on hand monday- friday to help with any enquires.

We also have our own forum just for EKMpower shop owners who are the most friendly bunch i have ever met. there is people on there that are web designers, SEO, etc etc

Take a look at my site see what you think footwearstudio.co.uk

I hope this has helped you a little
