We are looking for a telephone system for our florists.
We have 3 lines, 3 extensions fax and broadband 1 remote site.
I am very very confused as to all of the different types of systems on offer.
does anyone have any experiences in installing a system for their small businesses and tips as to what to look for/avoid?

Hello,
I've seen many good systems available on Ebay - at a good price too.
It might be worth having a word with one of the sellers on there.
Hope this helps
Good Luck

Hi Stuart,
The broadband would probably be dealt with by a separate piece of equipment rather than integrated into the phone system, and broadband router/modems are available for about £30-60 generally.
For the phone system, you may want to look at things like the IP Office Small Business or similar. I can remember a supplier if you wish, give me a PM and I'll get him to drop you a line.

You could get both.
Bulldog offer 8mb broadband for 18.99 per month and you can buy the phone upgrade which is £10.00 and get free calls. Each 8Mb line can work with 1-2 phones and this is how we set up our outbound telesales team.
Just cheap and simple thoughts to get your phones up and running if you do not need a switchboard.
