Online annual returns

Filed ten so far today - and over half have had the shareholders' names removed, rather than being pre-populated like usual - and so making a two-minute job rather irritatingly longer :mad:

I've done four this past week and each of them had the shareholder details missing.

Aaaaaaaagh..Just got to a client with 36 shareholders - all missing :(

At least I don't have to key addresses in - but why did they have to change something that wasn't broken?

Bad luck. At least all of mine were one or two shareholder businesses.

Seriously, I'd get hold of Companies House and find out what's going wrong. Why key everything in again when they should have it anyway?

I sent 35 online on Saturday.

I have now received 34 e-mails saying they were accepted and the missing one is the 36 shareholders' company!

Hopefully it just takes a little longer to accept and I do not have to re-key it all!

A couple of years ago I invested in some software that checks the information at companies house tallies up with the info in my records first. So at a glance I can make sure the info on the return is correct before it is submitted or submit the relevant info if something is missed or not correct before proceeding.
