http://www2.toksta.com/ is pretty good, its still very new and they had a few bugs when I used it but on the whole it was good and they have just bought out a new version.
Its very quick and easy to install, no coding required

At the moment I think LiveZilla is the closest to what I need (thanks Tough Lights) - Just looking for the catch.

last time I used one of these there was hundreds of FREE scripts, now everyone wants $10 a month.

I was exactly the same when I was looking into using it. But Trust me there is no catch :)
