What is your business like at the moment? Are there many buyers around looking for businesses to buy or do you have a surplus of businesses to sell with no takers?

I suppose its like any business, there are always buyers around but at the right price. However saying that I recently sold a vending company and I could of sold it three times over. It generated a lot of interest.

On the franchising front we are very busy indeed which must say something about being in a business which has almost instant cash flow.

I sometimes get asked if we want to buy out vending businesses - I'll be sure to pass them onto you if I get any more.

Instant cash flow is a huge plus when buying or selling a business.
I run a cash loans business which is another business with instant cash flow, virtually from start-up ( I also run a loan company training program for people wishing to enter this industry) One of the main selling points for the training package is the instant cash flow element! :)
