not a bad little system :-)

A few simple improvements you might wish to consider are:
Categorisation trees (I could only add categories or sub categories, but not sub sub categories etc.)
Product Types - Sometimes you have the same product in two different sized etc. where they are priced differently, this is a good way to get around it.
