Hi there does anyone know of any software (or website) that will allow virtual meetings? Something like http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatconnectpro/

That would allow us to talk and text chat. I did think of skype - but not everyone uses it.

OpenOffice allows you to the webcast thing for free. Basically you export your presentation to the chosen web format. That gives you two links, one for admin person, the other to audiences. Admin has got the ability to switch pages of your presentation on audiences screen. They only need a web browser.

Other than webex (http://www.webex.com), there's gotomeeting (http://www.gotomeeting.com) (which I've used in the past) and elluminate (http://www.elluminate.com/) (which focusses on schools rather than businesses). Gotomeeting offers a free 30-day trial, so that might be a good way to learn about these tools. A friend recommended to me dimdim (http://www.dimdim.com), which is free for small numbers of users. Note, however, that it did receive a negative review (http://www.ukbusinessforums.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=107805) from another member.
