Hi there,
Is there anyone out there interested or inclined to either sponsor or provide fundraising advice for a Church of England church? because we are Christians it seems difficult to get organisations to support us.
We want to develop a community space within our church so we can provide facilities for those living in the area. We intend to work in partnership with other local organisations to provide things for older people and local youth and families.
We need to raise funds to do this. The aim is not to 'convert' people but help those in need.
The project is going to cost around £150,000 to complete. It will mean that we will have toilets, a kitchen and community space for us to do things in.
We intend to apply for grants but was wondering if any businesses would be interested in sponsoring elements of the project? e.g. building works, kitchen units etc????
Any organisations willing to help us fundraise?
We are based near Bolton.
