CMS System with Adobe Dreamweaver Development Toolbox

Has anyone built a CMS with the Adobe Dreamweaver Development Toolbox before?

If so, did you manage to create a menu with sub-pages, and if so, how did you go about doing this? I can see a few ways to do this with ADDT, but I'm trying to work out the best way.

If anyone has any experience of doing this before, and doesn't mind outlining the way you did it, that would be much appreciated.

Go for mod X or simple CMS (no relation)

Thanks Nick,

I'm specifically looking for help with Dreamweaver Development Toolbox though.

I have no issues with creating the CMS itself - the only bit I want to get working in the best way is having sub pages in the menu and how best to do that with the Development Toolbox.
