Hi there,

I'm Kel and I hope I can contribute as well as receive usefull
advice from this forum.

I am currently working as a contract electronics design engineer.
I have a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and have worked on Software design for production line automation, high-speed telemetry system design and PCI, CPCI and ATCA telecom line cards.

I set up the company "Coresys Ltd" in Oct. 2004 to provide Design Services to Electronics companies.

Services offered are digital and analog circuit design and schematic capture. Component sourcing and liasing with contract pcb design and manufacture companies.

All of any part of the design service can be provided from concept to manufacture.

I intend to get my "bread and butter" income from my contact design services but have longer term plans to develope my own products.

Areas of interest are Home Automation and custom electronic displays for marteting etc.

Thanks for your interest.

Look forward to contributing.

Kel

Hi Kel, Welcome to UKBF :)

Feel free to post away if you have any questions and hopefully you'll find threads you can help with too.

I hope you'll enjoy being part of the community here and I look forward to chatting with you around the forums.

In a previous role ('ahem' years ago) I was production controller for an electronics company, we mainly manufactured silicon diodes and mounted than on pcb's for clients.

BTW theres also a member on here somewhere (can't remember their name right now) that manufactures clocks from old pcb's :)
