Hey, this is my first post here hopefully you guys can give me a spot of advice on how stupid this could be or even if it's possible.
Now that Yardley Limited has been dissolved for about 12 months, i'm wondering if it's possible to register it for myself? I'd be using for developing iPhone apps so it's a totally different industry to Yardley registered trademarks in the Soap and Perfume business, etc.
If it's possible to register it, how epically stupid would it be for people confusing me with the original perfume company? I presume all of their creditors will now be dealing with the new company, but what about consumers who might confuse me with Yardley?
I'd really like to use my own name as a company but is it worth it or not?
