Me and my partner are trying to see whther its the look of the site thats not converting customer or theres a more bigger problem?

Hi,

I think the site functionality is okay but the design is very lacking. I think you need to do a whole lot more with images (particularly given your industry) and make the overall design more classy and professional. It is very bland at the moment and your logo needs improvement.

Just do dome research on your main competitors for ideas.

Just had a look through your website, I could see you've a wide range & variety of products but I'm sorry to say that the website is quite messy.

The navigation is a bit hard task on the site. Catagories & respective items are not arranged properly. And, if you're aware your site is also not W3C validated. Your website has got around 27 Errors & 24 warnings.

The look & feel of the site is not too great either and logo looks quite old now. Colours can be altered too. Site seems not been upgraded for a while now.

The best thing I found about the website was your product range. This is how I felt about the site. If you need any more help or info on it, please do let me know. I'll be glad to help you :)
