Hi there

I work doing a few things with a very large team of people across the UK (mainly in Milton Keynes), we have yet to give ourselves a name, the main reason for this is because i am only 17 years of age and i would like to wait til i turn 18 in January before i give ourselves a name and legally register as a LTD company etc (dont worry we do pay tax and NI already lol). We have a turnover of a good £240k a year, we have been in business since 2000 and we are growing every month.

We distribute video games such as PS2 and xbox games etc. We have a stock of 8000 at any one time. We also sell preowned video games (just working on a site - gamesfactor.com - getting near to being completed!).

We also sell customised t-shirts and apparel, we also have a site for this - eskimodesigns.com but it has come offline for a while because we are working on a new website design.

Speaking of which! We also run a web design service, creating websites and ecommerce systems for clients. We also buy and sell domains and websites.

We are currently looking for other areas to diversify into, we like doing a lot of diffferent things to grow our business. I am heavilly involved in heading up the areas we do business in and one reason for joining this forum is i am always looking for new opportunities that we can grow into.

Looking forward to participating in the forum :D

Hi there and welcome to the forums.

Good to see that you are doing so well already(Can only bode well for the future)

Why do you need to wait until you turn 18?

If its because of the limited company there is no legal age limit for being a company shareholder/ director in England (although it is 18 in Scotland)

To be honest, there is no real reason for this. Just I feel i would like to wait til im old enough to be able to do everything, open business accounts etc. At the moment they are under a friends name.
