I would say first identify the place (could be publication, physical place, online place etc etc) your customers gather and then work out the best way of memorably communicating your URL with them.

Building a newsletter can feed people back to your site.

A free online service certainly keeps people coming back.

I'm sure others will come up with more.

Okies nice simple site...im sorry to say alittle to simple..clicked your link white screen pic top left and three blue words at the bottom.. had i been browsing i would have been there for about three seconds...and i wouldnt have got to the main bit of your site.....and thats the most important thing.. FLASH... if you can use it you need it...the most important thing with a website is it has to make you stop and look once your there..(hence the Oo so greenness of my site)..your logo rocks.. DO SOMETHING with it..a nice bit of animation as soon as the site loads..and try a more industrial feel..atm to me at least the site feels more like a more of a "my homepage" sort of site rather than "im here to give you what YOU want!!!"

Okies now on to site promo
the word "computer" in google brings up 612,000,000 results..... six hundred and tweleve MILLION sites....... and you want them to come to you..you have really only two options..

Keywords and networking..(people networking)
sit down and think everything you a) DO provide and b) can provide..write down what you provide..and WHERE potential customers will be.. if you do hosting..can you do gaming servers?? find forums to do with that area of technitions go to the sites of companies who make and are making multiplayer game...make a cool banner stick it in your sig chat on the forums (dont plug your site unless someone asks) people will see your banner sig on company forums etc etc click it and find your site..SOME of them will be looking at setting up there own...
